If it wasn’t for those three things, I don’t think we would have made it. Our bonus checks certainly didn’t indicate that we were making progress for some time.

  So, what did we do? Well, we made a decision to do everything we could to figure out how to grow our business. We went to every seminar, listened to every tape, talked to everyone we could at conventions. But still our Shaklee education was “hit and miss”. We would learn one skill from one successful leader and another skill from a different leader.

  Eventually we were able to pull the “best” of everything we learned together, and our business started to really blossom.

  Then we began to share those systems with others in our group and their businesses blossomed as well.

Putting Your Skills Training Into... ACTION!
 
  After you’ve completed your initial skills training, we’re going to put you to work… and hold you accountable to taking action. This is where most people fall off the wagon. They invest a lot of time in learning and always “getting ready” to do something. Then they don’t follow through, and therefore they don’t see results.

  We’ve taken that possibility off the table, because after your initial skills training we’re going right into ACTION training- implementing all that you’ve learned and putting your training into practice. We call this eight week segment the “Run for the Roses”, and it’s a whole lot of fun.

What’s Required To Join This Elite Business Building Class
  There are nine specific requirements to join this program. Each of them will play a significant roll in helping you reach your business goals. You may have completed some of these already. For the requirements you haven’t met, you’ll be expected to complete them before Monday, May 12th to participate in this group. They are as follows:

1. 6. View “The Secret” at www.thesecret.tv (or purchase the CD from your favorite bookstore) and turn in the report form

7. Contact me or your Coordinator College facilitator and set up your weekly coaching call.

In addition to that, you’ll also be expected to:

8. “Shakleeize” your home and buy from your own business by changing brands to Shaklee on everyday products you currently buy at other stores.

9. Complete your homework assignments for each of the Coordinator College conference calls (You must complete your homework assignments 24 hours prior to the call to participate in the call and to receive personal coaching). This homework will require 1-5 hours per week (some of it devoted to acquiring skills and some of it devoted to applying those skills to build your business).  If you want to participate in the class discussion and enroll for personal coaching sessions, you will need to complete your homework before each class.

  There is also a big difference between knowledge and skill. To acquire a skill you need to practice it regularly. That is why the 8 week “learning” phase of the course is followed by an 8 week “application” phase, which we call “Run for the Roses”. This is also the time that you will be actively building your business. If you’ve done your homework in the first 8 weeks and diligently apply those skills in the next 8 weeks you will increase your PV by a least 2000/month. If you’re just getting started that means you will have reached the Director rank. If you are already a sales leader, you will be earning more money (we expect the average student in this program to grow their income by $800-$2,000/month) and will be well on your way to the next rank in Shaklee.
